    How fast do I get the report?

    Every standard inspection comes back as a finished PDF within 48 hours of the flight. Rush turnaround (same-day, before 5pm) is available on storm and insurance jobs — flag it when you book.

    Credentials

    Are you insured?

    Yes. We carry $1M in aviation liability and can add your client, adjuster, or property owner as an additional insured on request. Certificate of insurance sent before any flight.

    Regulation

    Do you fly near airports or in controlled airspace?

    Yes, we hold an active FAA Part 107 license and file LAANC authorizations for controlled airspace (Logan, Worcester, Hanscom, Providence, etc.). Most approvals clear within minutes; tower-coordinated flights we schedule 48 hours out.

    Process

    What happens if the weather turns?

    We check METAR and winds aloft the morning of every flight. If conditions are unsafe or would compromise the imagery, we reschedule at no cost, usually within the same week.

    Coverage

    Do you travel outside eastern Massachusetts?

    Primary coverage is Worcester, Greater Boston, MetroWest, and Cape Cod with no travel fees. Jobs in western MA, Rhode Island, or southern New Hampshire are available with a flat travel add-on quoted up front.
